The best part of the operation was Ashley Williams! Amazing employee who kept me sane!! But other than that I don’t think they actually replaced the Headliner…no Oder ,but I see a couple of stains that were there before the incident.

Exterior work looks great (10). The radio system looks greats too, functionality is disappointing, essentially useless because the maps function is not working.

I think the body work of the repairs look great. I am still hearing a weird sound on that side of the car. Not sure what’s going on with it. However, you were unable to see any other damage.

I think after day two I got quite a bit of communication which was great. I was a little disappointed on day one that I thought I was gonna get some communication about my vehicle. But after words, the communication was much better.
