I put the car where it was supposed to be on February 11, 2020 a few minutes before the appointment, which was 8 a.m. then at 1:10 p.m. on Wednesday, Dakota called to “remind” me of my appointment. I find it incredulous that nobody called on Tuesday and the drop box was not checked until I mentioned it.

I know that I had to bring my car back in for a few little things but I sort of expected that. Robert and Dakota took care of business very professionally and I appreciate the way I was treated. If needed ( I hope not ) I would not hesitate to bring my Ford back to D & L Body Shop
