Perez needs to work on communication. He's not very good at explaining the process and doesn't say much at all unless you ask specifically. Otherwise it was fine.

My truck was damaged by bears when I went to pick it up the handle on the Passenger side side was still with Loose parts , The front driver seat has a hole in it from where the bear ate some of the foam, The cupholders between the seats is Missing foam and loose I did not wanna complain that day because I found out that Robert’s father had passed away. My condolences go to his family PS when somebody has the opportunity call me and we can discuss it. Thank you very much I believe Peter from the front office took some pictures of my vehicle.

When I went to go pick up, my truck was not done And the front driver seat was still torn from the bear getting into the truck. The glass was not. Clean still has marks from where the bear lien against it. The cupholders was replaced, but still loose.
