There was very little communication. The first guy said it would only be about 3 days when doing the estimate. After the first week I called to check in and they said they needed a couple more days. I called the next week to hear they needed a few more days. Had i not called, I would have had no idea what was going on. I also asked about done rust in my rear fender and he told me it couldn't be fixed because my 2015 Silverado has aluminum fenders.
