Estimates for hail damage should be fairly accurate compared to a collision that involves hidden damage underneath the vehicle. And I think in this case, the original estimate was fairly accurate. How hard is it to see damage from hail on the outside of a vehicle it should be Very clear. I was charged an additional 33% over what they had estimated. They were even going to charge me for replacing a windshield that was not damaged as their picture clearly showed. Does the office staff not communicate with the people in the shop? And so if I had not caught it, I would have been in charge for a windshield that was not put in among several other things that they refuse to acknowledge. So no I am very disappointed with the Patrick. I thought they were a reputable. No a very reputable collision center, but not anymore. I wouldn’t recommend Patrick to anyone as a matter fact I would recommend they do not go there under the circumstances go to a small shop in Beaverdam, Kentucky or Calhoun or Newburg anywhere but not Patrick
