When we called, the ladies at the desk were very helpful. We were told to expect calls/texts whenever our vehicle was worked on. This did not occur and we had to call ourselves to find out the status of the repair.

Ultimately, the fact that the quality controlled the end, not making sure the door was fitting correctly, and the stuff that wasn’t installed that was left in the inside of my car is a major concern. I can’t afford to deal with the rental out of my own pocket at the moment, and I have a feeling this car is gonna have to go back in because of that one piece need to be repainted due to the damage created by this door, not being on correctly

The communication and everything on the repair were out outstanding. The issue I have is with the repaired itself. First I picked up the car, and it had a foam part that was not reinstalled laying in the floorboard of my car along with the plastic part bags. Secondly, as I finally got a passenger in my car on Saturday, the door for the passenger side front. Has been put on crooked, and it’s catching in the top left corner, which is now chipped the paint in the pillar between the front and rear door. I’ve temporarily put tape on too address the issue, but the biggest concern is it’s gotta go back and I’m out of rental days at this point.
