So far… I and very happy with the repairs on my VW. The repairs were complete, and as additional damage was discovered parts were replaced with OEM parts

Associates were very professional and courteous. They were informative regarding the repair process as well as parts that were being replaced. However, Communication during the repair process could have been more frequent, I would have appreciated a phone call every couple days regarding any new developments or delays.
