They tried, but it ended up being worse than originally thought. The 5 isn't because it was bad, but since I didn't get the car back, I'm neutral on satisfaction of repair.

My only gripe is that my auto text functionality was not working. I think it was to do with a document I checked the wrong box on. The work done was great and timing was driven mainly by my insurance.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you guys know that the excellent service that was given to me is not normal practice these days. This above and beyond treatment should be an example for other businesses everywhere. I’m not from Salina and do not have a history with any business in town. Yes I was satisfied with the job you did. When i walked int the office you meet me with a smile. And when I plcked my car up lt was clean inside and out. I told mom that my car is as clean. Asit has been in a year.

Everyone we met in person and talked with via phone was very professional and courteous. The work was exceptional, and the staff handled all the insurance communication which was worth a lot. Hope we don't need auto body services in the near future, but we will definitely be "return" customers. A huge thank you to all involved...those we met and those we didn't!
