I’ve had the opportunity to have Dacus fix a couple of my vehicles. They always do a great job! Most recently they picked up my car and had an estimate within 48 business hours of my accident. I love picking up my car(s) knowing it’ll be good as new, down to the clean and fresh scented interior.

The finished job was great. It took longer than originally communicated for the repairs but I did receive communication during that process which made it so we could plan around that.

Your shop is a State Farm preferred vendor and that speeds up the claim settlement process but I was not satisfied with speed of repair and that your shop ignored my request to wait to perform repairs until parts arrived and did not order a clean bumper without license plate holes as specifically requested. Further, I believe unnecessary part replacements were added rather than use existing components.

Sorry, but I specifically requested the pickup not go into the shop until all parts required for the job be in house before you took it. The #1 item required was the new front headlight bracket. This bracket never came in on time and still has not been installed. They glued the broken one up to get me bye until it arrives. I'm guessing it still has not arrived as i have not been contacted to bring my pickup back in. I dropped my pickup off to your shop June 29th and did not get it back until after 5:00 on July 18th! Further I asked if the front bumber was going to be replaced. i was told it would be so I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED that the replacement bumber NOT have the license plate holder holes in it. The new bumper has the license plate hole!!

I called five times for updates only to be told they would check and call me back. three times I never received a call back, only twice was my call returned the same day. Never was there a complete answer when I called. Always a response of, I will call you back with an update.
