I was really surprised how poor the communication was.I had to keep calling on updates so I knew what to tell the rental car comp.I wasn’t even called when my vehicle was done. I also have seen some damaged clips still on the vehicle from the original damage.

Very professional. Only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because I was given a rental car that beeped continually as the control panel randomly scrolled between apps and also randomly muted my Bluetooth phone calls
