For reference, 7 is a B+. Job was done well, no complaints about the results. My only issue was the lack of communication and the amount of time it took. This is not a job that should've taken an entire week given the materials and tools should've been on hand before the appointment. Doubling in price after failing the first time is also kind of ridiculous even if I wasn't the one paying.
