My car was completed a day early. Staff was excellent! Informed me every step while my car was being repaired. They were able to drop off the loner car at the body shop, so I didn't have to bring it back to enterprise.

I was not kept in contact about the status of the repairs. I think the notification system is broke.i was told 2 to 3 days. I even gave them a months notice before the repair. And it took 5 days to complete. Quality of repair was great.

Dahl did a great job! They were super friendly on the phone and in person, helped me understand how to put the insurance claim in correctly, got the correct parts ordered and the install was flawless. They did have a slight mishap with the original parts being damaged in shipping on the way to the dealer(not their fault), but they provided a loaner vehicle for a day to keep my wife and I on the road and fixed it the next day with a new part. Great communication the whole way, can't say enough great things about Dahl and their body shop! Les and Jeremy know their stuff!

The $7.50 surcharge at the end is a kick to the shin. Even worse, we were not allowed to pay cash. Credit card companies have always charged a fee and companies have always rolled it into the cost. Charging it as an extra AND not allowing a cash payment comes across as gouging.
