My review was going to be a glowing 5 star review despite all the issues I had during my pick up process that lasted 2 days. My repairs arent completed. Was given the vehicle back and on the way home noticed a noise coming from the area repaired. Inspected area and saw things not completely put back / installed correctly / loose. Contacted again and was told the technician lives close by and offered to come by my house to tighten those loose parts and to make sure all is well so I wouldnt have to make the 45 min drive back to the body shop. Its been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to have this resolved.

Only because I believe the secondary damage was likely a rare occurrence.

Car was rear ended when it was being evaluated and had to wait for those repairs on top of the original damage. Now appears I have a 2026 bumper replacement on a 2021 model through no fault of my own. Plus to add insult to injury, a substitute car wasn’t offered for the added days the car was in the shop lengthening the days I had no vehicle to drive.

Working with the team has been a joy. While I did experience an issue during the process, the team was kind, receptive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They addressed the problem promptly and have been wonderful throughout what has been an overwhelming accident situation that was completely out of my control. I especially appreciated the regular update calls—they made me feel valued and reassured that I had not been forgotten. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and caring. I sincerely hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do need collision repair services in the future, I would not hesitate to return. Took several days longer than promised. But once David took over, things moved much faster. Communication was great and they stayed past closed so we could pick it up. Team was really helpful in handling all the insurance info. Car looks good but the one panel is slightly different now from the rest of the car.
