Unrelated to the repairs from being hit, we had a nail in a tire. A nail that could have been repaired any one of the 10 days the car was in the shop. All you had to do was simply notify me that I would need to pick up the tire/wheel and take it for repair -- when I could have dropped it off and picked it up and returned it to your shop. Instead, I had to sit in a tire shop for two hours after picking up my car. Not a fun start to the week.
