We would like to know why the glove box handle is missing? The glove compartment was not locked when we left the truck. Other than that issue we are satisfied with the work that has been done.

Excellent service. We were always notified of anything that was going to be done and they continuously followed up to let us know how everything was going. Just a little extra about Dallas Automotive. They have a prestige clean office and very nice friendly people. I was impressed with how clean the office was in the area where the customers wait for their vehicles. A definite five stars for me. Thank you Dallas you do great work. 😊

Larry, and Kevin were the persons we dealt with, we were pleased with their service they provided. When I returned home I noticed something on my vehicle, when I called to let them know, they readily told me to bring it by. I would refer them to others.

They were very nice, kept me informed on the status of my vehicle 🚗, as promised, and the personnel Larry and Steven were very courteous, and pleasant. Hopefully no further repairs will be needed, but if needed I would most likely return to Dallas Automotive, also I would feel confident in referring customer to them.
