Keep employing employees that actually cares what the customer expectations are. (Rare these days) Some employees are expecting a paycheck at the end of the week regardless of the quality of the work. Most of the cars being repaired at this body shop are very expensive vehicles so the customer expectations are above and beyond. The work performed is a craftsman type work and job. Just my personal experience from other body shops that I have used ever since I was a teenager.
