DCC also made sure the parts were properly installed; along with ensuring the parts were safe and in good condition before installing. I truly appreciate the work! I can’t recommend Dallas Collision Center highly enough—I wouldn’t dream of taking my car (especially an Audi) anywhere else! From start to finish, Melissa was absolutely incredible. She kept me updated every step of the way, helped me navigate the rental car process, and was a fierce advocate when dealing with not just one, but two insurance companies. As someone unfamiliar with the repair process, I was completely out of my depth, but Melissa went above and beyond to educate me and ensure I had all the information I needed to make the best decisions. She made me feel truly supported, like I had someone in my corner fighting for me the entire time. Even though Dallas Collision Center wasn’t in my insurance company’s network, I’m so grateful I trusted my instincts and insisted on bringing my car here.
