My name is Laura Harris and my 2024 Audi Q8 was recently serviced at Dallas Collision Center. I just wanted to tell you all how thankful I am for Razz and your team. From the women like Melissa who answered the phone with such care and kindness, to Razz who constantly kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle repair. I specifically want to talk about Razz. I have the kind of job where I can rarely answer my phone while I'm in the newsroom. He consistently went above and beyond to leave detailed voicemails to ensure I knew what was going on and what was happening next in the process. When I came to pick up the car, Razz greeted us at the front. Walked the car with us and continued to make sure I was satisfied. No one wants to go through a stressful situation like being in a car accident, but I can say this team did everything they could to make my life a little easier. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had with Roz. My car was in the shop forever, but I got timely updates every week and he didn’t let anything get missed. Fully trusted him throughout the process when dealing with car damages and insurance is always difficult.
