I was very satisfied with my service from drop-off to pick-up! Razz was awesome to keep me informed on my collision repair status every week. My truck was repaired like-new! And the final detailing was amazing! (Didn’t expect that.) This was my first collision and repair but it couldn’t have went more smoothly… or less stressful! So very satisfied with the whole process!

John was an excellent service advisor. He kept me well informed throughout the process and seemed to actively push things along with both the insurance company and the collision center. The repair quality and overall service were outstanding. While I hope I don’t need collision repair again, I would absolutely return if I did.

I was very impressed with the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired. I was a bit stressed and Raz ensured me he would make it as easy as possible. He kept his word, I was surprised that it didn’t take back and forth phone calls or emails. I simply provided the insurance initial estimate and Raz took it from there. The drop off was super easy and fast. Rental had a car already onsite for me. I was kept updated and didn’t have to ask for updates. The day of pickup, my vehicle looked superb, not a trace of an accident. Thank you for helping me keep my family life going with no hiccup. I will recommend DCC to my friends
