Raz was awesome through the whole process! My only complaint was there was a pair of Rayban sunglasses in a case that was taken from my glove compartment. Reluctantly I left them in my car for over a month. Will know next time to take all valuable’s out of the car.

First off I would just like to thank the receptionist Petra from the moment I walked in with The, professional warm and inviting spirit she was very helpful and you guys have a great person as the face of your business as new customers walk in thank you Petra. John assisted me with up-to-date information as he got it and always let me know how my car was coming along as it was being repaired a true professional and a person that cares which is really important. Customer service is almost a loss, art and obsolete and John went above and beyond, and lastly, Melissa to carry the delivery at the end to make this entire process as smooth as possible if anyone needs Dallas collision centers service I definitely will recommend yall 10 stars all the way I am one happy customer and so is my wife thank you guys Sincerely, germaine byrd
