First off I would just like to thank the receptionist Petra from the moment I walked in with The, professional warm and inviting spirit she was very helpful and you guys have a great person as the face of your business as new customers walk in thank you Petra. John assisted me with up-to-date information as he got it and always let me know how my car was coming along as it was being repaired a true professional and a person that cares which is really important. Customer service is almost a loss, art and obsolete and John went above and beyond, and lastly, Melissa to carry the delivery at the end to make this entire process as smooth as possible if anyone needs Dallas collision centers service I definitely will recommend yall 10 stars all the way I am one happy customer and so is my wife thank you guys Sincerely, germaine byrd

It looks fantastic and like it did when I bought it. My biggest concern was and will be for a while is whether or not a painted bumper will hold up over time. Perhaps I missed seeing it...where is my warranty on the work performed on my vehicle? Should it have been with my invoice/receipt?

I would recommend Dallas Collision Center for the quality of their repairs — my vehicle looks excellent and the work was done well. The only drawback was limited communication during the process; more timely updates would have made the experience smoother.

The repair work was excellent, but the customer service could have been stronger. When I picked up my vehicle, I wasn’t given a proper walk-through or review of the repairs. I asked if there was anything to go over and was told “I am new to your car,” and then the paperwork was read aloud. A brief review of the completed work, any warranty coverage, and things to note about care after repairs would have improved the overall experience.
