As far as professionalism, the owner was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the end result of the work completed on the car. The owner even suggested that if we noticed anything different about the car, we should notify him. The work was completed in a timely manner. After a week of getting the car back, we noticed the back window on the side where the car was repaired doesn’t open. We will notify the owner about this matter.
