Received promises of being kept up to date but was never contacted and even left several messages before I had to call the manager to figure out what was going on.

I had to call several times to find out where my car was in the process. Initially I was told it would be ready on Wednesday, but it wasn't even looked at until Wednesday evening and then the GEICO database stated it wouldn't be ready until that next Monday. The customer service for the GEICO Express is lacking.
