The outside of the car was completely replaced looked brand new. It took two weeks longer than what they said it was gonna take and I also have problems now with my left speaker in my car and I have problems with my Apple CarPlay, so yes, they fixed my car but one could say not all the way

Tim and the rest of the crew were outstanding. They were transparent and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The wheel resurfacing was not the best, but I'm dealing with insurance for that.

Overall I am very satisfied with the repairs made at Darcars. With the initial pickup of my vehicle I did notice that the hood of the car was not flush with the right bumper side body of the car. I discussed this with Tim Wilson and asked if that was possibly the result of using aftermarket parts (I work for a auto insurance company & familiar with their first preference of usung aftermarket parts). I explained that was not acceptable & I would be contacting the insurance company and he indicated he would also be reaching out to them. A few days later I was called by Tim and he advised that Darcars would be replacing the aftermarket bumper with a new bumper and that would resolve the issue. I took the car back for the fix and everything is perfect. Tim was excellent in keeping me informed of the work to be done and it's process. Great working with Darcars

Car was stolen DARCARS was recommended to fix everything got my car back lights are on pieces are missing from my car that wasn’t before it went to darcars and afterwards I get told my car couldn’t be worked on because of certain aftermarket parts
