Unfortunately, I had to continue to call and check on when my car would be ready. No one kept me informed of the repair status without me calling first. Once on the call, they were very helpful. I just don't think that I should have had to make the call. Excellent customer would have been for them to call me first to have kept me abreast as to the delays with the repairs, specifically the front glass window.

I commend Mr. Kristopher Cox for being patiently good and professional. But somehow, sorry to say, one of your employees, a black guy with a long braided hair was somewhat rude, impatient and arrogant. How they painted the rear bumper of my car was smoothly good but they're not careful enough because they painted the V I N sticker of my car located at the rear bumper!

Staff members were rude. I had to call the shop myself to get status updates 4 times. Customer service was the worst I have ever seen at a dealership.
