Got the truck in and out in a timely manner. Work appears to be great.. they handled all the insurance paperwork and communication was good with keeping me posted on the progress.. friendly office staff.

Not only was the accident claim area repaired beautifully, but the staff went above and beyond repairing another damaged area of the car and buffed out yellow paint stolen from a gas station safety pole sideswipe! Many, Many, Many THANKS FOR SUCH GREAT WORK!!!

ALL STAFF were warm and gracious! The office girls Whitney and Kristen are stellar from review and estimate to final checkout! Even the mechanics were respectful and kind when passing through the office! Best customer service I've received in person in a verrryyy loooonnnnggggg time!

This was a great experience. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a beautiful job of fixing the hail damage to my KIA. I was also very impressed with the overall process they follow when receiving a vehicle, pictures, verification of repair cost, close communication with insurance company, etc. These folks are cream of the crop!!!

If the repair wears well. I am assured by the shop they guarantee the repair (paint etc.) For the lifetime of the vehicle.

Just a slight difference in the fit from the original with a few little scratches in the corners from the installation on the replacement part. Also a difference in finish and color on the bottom part of the assembly but otherwise considering it had to be a used rear bumper assembly it looks pretty good.
