I assumed that the shop would call the moring after I dropped off the car to confirm that they had it and were in fact on schedule to start the work. I was I tried to call the next two days and couldn't get through until I stopped by on wednesday to find the car would be ready the next day despite being told the work would take two weeks. Poor comminication
