They did good work but their communication leaves a lot to be desired.

As far as I can tell, it was repaired and restored to the original quality before the accident. They were attentive and did good work, even finding another broken bracket they didn't know about originally and ordering that part to replace it.

Communication was lacking from the start. When Liberty Mutual first set up the repair, the shop was supposed to contact me within 48 hours. It took more like a week (with me following up constantly). When I finally brought my car in 5 weeks later (first open appointment), it was there 2-3 days and then they called me to pick it up. They had not worked on it and a part turned out to be damaged so they had to reorder. They consistently did not call me or have the car ready when they said they would, including when the repair was finally finished (a full week after they promised it). Phone rings and rings if you call the shop and it is not answered consistently, nor can you leave a message. No other way to contact them to my knowledge.

This shop was very good. My car was completely repaired and you never know that it been damaged. They were very pleasant and helpful when I called them to check on the progress of the repair. I would give them an Excellent rating.
