They did great work on my wife’s car. My only dissatisfaction is with the timing. We were given a month lead time to drop off her car for them to order necessary parts and work us in. However, when we dropped it back off at the scheduled time, parts still were not ready to go on the car. It seemed to us that they hadn’t even been ordered. This resulted in a few extra days’ worth of insurance on the rental car we had to pay above expected. In any event, not the end of the world, just a bit frustrating.
