Very friendly and communicated well through the whole process involving my insurance. They did have to keep my car one extra day, but it was to ensure my repairs were done correctly aftering finding a chip in my wind screen after safelite had come to repair some scratches. As a single woman navigating the realm of car maintenance and repairs it was so refreshing to not feel like I was being taken advantage of for once.

I would list this as a 10 as I was satisfied with my repairs and my car was cleaned on the inside as well. The staff was very friendly. However my girlfriend’s personalized bat air freshener holder was broken. When I picked up it was in a different vent and I assumed they just placed it in the wrong area. Once home I noticed the back was broken and was not notified of the damage
