I had someone back into me on March 2023 and Dave’s Collision received the repair estimate March 20 of that year . Upon our visit with Dave’s Collision we were told the repair would be done the end of May and no longer than the 4th of July HOWEVER the repair was just finished here in April 2024. The entire year went on with excuses! Hey just be honest up front ! This is Brookings and we all try to keep business local but I have heard from others that any repair - after we agreed to give them our business- would take over a year to complete ‘

Customer service - one excuse after another! Hold up in getting parts - now a strike ( months ago) - and just lack of no one contacting us as we continued to a stop in over that year and check to see when the repair would be done and got no definite answer! Very poor customer service by bad communication!
