I am 95% satisfied, which any organization should be proud of. I reserved 5% because of the extra mileage I noted on my car after I picked it up. I understand you must test drive but 70+ miles seems excessive. I openly admit zero knowledge of the interworkings of a body shop so I'm open to the possibility that I may be wrong.
