Some room for improvement. Was told it would be 7-10 days originally. Ended up being well over 3 weeks. Not a huge issue, I was treated fairly with a rental.

The hood had rock chips in it before the accident. I was under the impression that I was going to get a new hood. Had i known they were just repairing the hood, i would have liked to be given the option to have the rock chips repaired as well. I already had the passenger side front fender and door repaired voluntarily, why would I not have the rock chips too? Now this nice new front end that i planned on having protected with 3M Clear film looks like trash with divetts all over the front of the hood. Also, there's now a sharp edge on the underside of the hood along the front side from paint? Body filler?? I've been waiting for the manager to call before writing this survey, but haven't heard from him. Since you keep pressing me to fill this out, I guess this is the response you get. =(
