They were so friendly and easy to talk to! It just got done later than I was told it would be ready to pick up. Their painter got sick, so it got behind - which happens, but a phone call would’ve been helpful. This wasn’t the estimated time I was given. This was the actual day I was given that it would be ready.

Completely professional. The team at DLCR have the most experience when it comes to insurance claims and dealership issues. I know I'm not going to get the runaround when it comes to my transportation. My vehicles look better than new when I get them back.

I did Not receive update calls. I had to call to check in and was told that my hood had to be ordered. If there is a delay in repairs an update call is helpful. Luckily the car was not our primary vehicle.

I would have liked to have been updated on the progress of the repair during the three weeks. I only got updated when I called to check. The only call I received was when it was ready. Otherwise customer service was friendly and courteous.
