Availability, helpfulness, and service are 10/10. The repair itself I have to rate less (probably 8/10) because when the car was evaluated by VW to recalibrate a headlight, they found and documented broken wires where someone had shoved the light into place, and that had to be replaced. I appreciate the owner at DAYBRITE and how helpful he was to me. The above issue with the headlight is the only reason I came down a little on the rating.
