Everything was in order and documents were concise and outlined work that was done and left inside the vehicle all ready for me to go. Had an enterprise rental to switch vehicle contents back to the Kia and that was easy also. It was a great experience overall. Appreciate it.

The repairs that were done were fantastic! There were just 3 odds and ends that weren't fix but they are very minor compared to the overall damage repaired, so I'm okay with it!

Shontelle who was my contact at the body shop was fantastic! Super kind and helpful. However the receptionist was somewhat rude and couldn't answer my questions when I spoke to her.
