After I got the estimate I tried calling my insurance.co After several times I just about gave up talking to the machine. I went to the desk and. Crystal took my phone and took care of everything , including my car rental. I don’t know what I would have done without her. You have a GEM of an employee! THANKYOU

Given quote of one price and agree to then when the shop was told missed a few things so added another $300 but then my final bill was around $1000 so o feel very much like the bait and switch game and will let everyone know about it

Paid for work not done. No one available to reverse the charge. Insurance work completed with paint issue/imperfection on side of bumper. Trunk lid not painted after giving approval for additional work twice.

Even though the repair took quite a lot of time, the car looks as good as brand new. I love how my car advisor took care of my case, she was very understanding and very thoughtful. Thanks to her everything went smoothly. I love how Toyota takes care their customers ❤️

A 4-5 day job took a month, due to insurance company issues. Toyota collision center work was very efficient, and they definitely helped me get thru the insurance maze. Final repair is great. Also thanks to the ladies at reception. Extremely helpful during this ordeal!
