The staff in the body shop were very friendly and did a great job of keeping me informed about the status of my car. I asked about having my headlight bulb replaced while they had my car and they were honest in telling me the whole headlamp assembly needed replaced due to moisture getting inside instead of charging me $100 to replace a bulb that would go out in a short amount of time. I will be visiting them again when I need service, body work, or a new car. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

All went well - but the collision shop was not consistent with the posted hours of operation. They opened 20 minutes later than stated - and I had to wait. Then they left 15 minutes early and the team had to scramble to get me my truck when it was finished. Not the end of the world - just annoying.
