I love DC. They always take care of me when it comes to my car. Doug and his team are great. Everyone is cordial and pleasant to work with. The only thing is that sometimes my key doesn’t work properly after The repairs.

They are very organized and kept me updated frequently which helped lower my anxiety. When I picked the car up it looked like a brand new car. I will recommend them at the hospital I work at and keep their contact for future repairs. I’m so happy I called there. They were nice right from the start to finish. Great job.

From the service and reassurance of exceptional work from day one to receiving texts and updates throughout the process. I can’t recommend this shop enough to others. When I walked in to D.C.’s Auto Body I was holding back tears. After speaking with Doug & Louis I was feeling better. Within 15 minutes I was contacted by Louis informing me that State Farm accepted 100% liablity & would provide me with a rental car while my car was being repaired. I dropped my car off the next morning and received frequent updates on the progress of my car. When I picked up my car I spoke with Doug. He informed me the work that was done was guaranteed. I looked over my car & I was 110% satisfied. Doug & Louis were great. They made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. I would highly recommend D.C. Auto Body to anyone that is in need of auto repairs.
