I had such a great experience, the staff at D.C are truly amazing, professional. I experienced Client Service at its best. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs to my car. I would highly recommend them to my friends in the future. To be very honest I was a little hesitant at first to hand over my Mercedes to anyone other than the Mercedes dealership however I was proven very wrong. D.C Auto Body did an outstanding job on my car and I am truly grateful to them. I would like to give a big shoutout to Dough whom I did most of my dealings with and might I say what a pleasure that was. He gave me an estimated time when the car would be completed and ready for pickup and it was spot on. Thank you to Doug and all at D.C Auto Body.

I had an amazing experience at D.C Auto-body To be very honest I was hesitant to hand over my Mercedes Benz to have these repairs done at D.C even though it was highly recommended by GEICO. I had never been there before. Well I was totally wrong- my experience was nothing more than amazing. A demonstration of Service Excellence at its best. The staff are truly amazing, friendly, compassionate and courteous. They did an outstanding job on my car, kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I must give a big shout out to Doug who was in constant communication on the progress of the repairs been done. I would highly recommend my family, friends and work colleagues to D.C Auto Body should they need any kind of repairs.

The entire staff was very transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. They fixed everything ahead of schedule and did a great job.
