I was very satisfied. I just was unaware that there was a large tax from Enterprise that I was being charged without my knowledge. Also the loaner car was given to me with less than 1/8 of a tank of gas which caused an inconvenience. I was extremely happy to be picked up from the body shops and able to drop the car off which was very helpful. My car was returned to me spotless and shiny.
