The repairs to the front end and driver's side door are awesome. But the door lock doesn't work on the driver's door, it sags and didn't before the accident, the inside panel of the door likes about a quarter of an inch being flush and the door jam is missing a rubber plug

The lady that gave me my keys was more worried about a check I didn't have (allstate paid directly to Deacon Jones Collision) rather than if I was satisfied or not. No one came out with me when I picked up my truck.
