Shop personnel are so kind rude in the beginning but I’m talking with the main manager he so sweet with me talking with the shop manager next time he apologized and now I’m feel way better about it

I was kept informed of my repair work, which was helpful and made me feel very comfortable with those who worked on my car. The manager of the collision repair shop was not pleased with some of the aftermarket parts and he kept me informed and I was able to contact my insurance company for Toyota parts with his help. This collision center repair shop deserves a five star rating because when I got my car back, it looked brand new!
