I took my Grand Highlander to this shop after sustaining some damage from 195 road debris that resulted in needing a new tire and paint job. The job was set to take 5 days. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning and by Friday at lunch, it was ready to be picked up. From start to finish, this experience was nothing short of excellent. Not only was the damage repaired completely and professionally, they corrected a recall my car had, performed an oil change it was a few hundred miles from being due, and oil changes are complementary since I purchased my vehicle from Deacon), and detailed it after finishing the job - all within the span of 3 days. I got text updates daily with the status of my vehicle which I truly appreciate, and I could call Tim, the manager any time to get an update. I highly recommend this shop and had a great experience.

The staff and leadership were very receptive and courteous to my need and concerns on getting my vehicle properly repaired. I drove my car on way to work but got hit by deer. I took my car there to get repair. Few weeks later, they called and I went to pick up my car. They did excellent job. I will recommend anyone to go there if need to get repair.
