at this point its a hard no. I don't understand starting a project and not seeing it through. very poor service.

Why take on a project, get paid, and not see it through.... I would not call that repair quality I would call that... theft. not from me die to this being from some bodies else's insurance bit you deffinetly are getting money for a very poor repair job.

They call my wife a liar, and then refused to fix the problem on the car. the garentee you have is a garentee to not fix the problems you created. you charged the insurance for a new bumper but put our old one back on????.... that's really poor business. I will be posting on yelp, Facebook, twitter and telling all our friends and family.
