The paintwork was incomplete, black areas of the car had a white hue & the car was not clean I. The outside it has a black dust! One debt was not addressed! I was told my insurance did not cover replacing all parts! The provider made a minor paint adjustment & put black tire police on the black plastic…to cover the white area I imagine is was spray paint splash?? But I’m no expert. I have highly comprehensive Allstate Insurance & did not believe I was not covered for. Complete repair & I will be advising Allstate of the unexpectedly poor experience!
