Chip was phenomenal! My problem is that I was informed my vehicle would be ready by Friday or Monday being the latest unless there was a problem that occurred with my vehicle then there may be a delay but if so I should receive a phone call. On Monday I called the office twice I left a message earlier that day never received a return call. I called back around 4:50 no answer. So I called Chip's cell and that's when I found out my vehicle wasn't ready. It should be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday came I didn't hear from anyone so I called the office left a message and no return call. I called Chip on his cell phone and he told me the status if my vehicle and he apologized for no one returning my call. He said the receptionist should call me to let me know the status of my vehicle. Then I finally heard from the receptionist (Ashley) who then told me my vehicle would be ready on Wednesday around 12pm. I called Chip to inform him of my frustration and dissatisfaction on the way I with the service I received and the huge inconvenience this caused me. He deducted 50.00 off my invoice and apologized for my experience.

Literally the worst repair shop I’ve ever dealt with almost 3 weeks when it should’ve been 1 week horrible customer service except Autum she helped me out but other than that no managers helped out. My battery is having problems there’s over spray on my truck my truck shakes after putting new tires on it one of my rubber mats are missing no effort to make things right or an apology just unprofessional and very unsatisfied.
