My experience at Dealer Services from beginning to end is flawless. Nobody likes being in a car accident and nobody comes in with a good mood about. However after reading reviews about Dealer Services online I decided to give them a go. From when I came in for an estimate, I knew this place was legit. I was greeted by Cathy and finally Jose came over to introduce himself. Jose Moreno took a look at my vehicle, worked his magic and gave me my estimate. I dropped off my car the following week on Monday. Dealer Services provided me with a complimentary car rental from Enterprise for 5 days. That put me at ease knowing I had a method of transportation while I was without my vehicle. 5 days later (Friday) I got a call from Jose that my car was ready. Once again, Cathy greeted me with a friendly smile. I got my vehicle back and wow, the work is amazing!! My vehicle looks nicer than when I dropped it off. Even a complimentary car wash inside and out. Thank you Dealer Services for taking care of me and my vehicle. Great work done by the staff front and back.

I brought my car because my insurance told me to go I left my car for few days after I pick up my car your repair place didn’t complete your work I have to bring it back not for job you need to get it done you caret different problem I don’t have ABS or noises with my car today is Saturday and today is Sunday you are close I left massage for Mr Victor I will bring my car for three times I have never such experience see you Monday 4th of October 2021 thanks

I bring my car for reaper to your shop few weeks ago after 5 days they called me to pick up my car I paid my sherries and the my insurance company will pay the rest after few miles drive my anti break system ABS come on and call Wright away Mr Victor don’t worry I will order abs cable and I called you when is ready he called me I bring my car again they put new cable according to mr Victor And he told me that problem is gone after 2 days my ABS comes back plus I have lost of nose it was Saturday your shop was closed I left massage for Victor with details so I bring my car for 3rd time October 6 he called me and said finally they find my car problems anyway your shop still have my car and change my insurance more than I got receive for it I will take action against your shop thanks

Horrible communication. I was told i would receive a call the day after dropping off to update me, I never received that call. I was told my car would be ready in 4 days, I never received a call that the repair was delayed. I had to call the day of to find out. I was told that to compensate for the trouble I would be given a free rental. I went to pick up the rental and it was not in fact free. My car was supposed to be delayed 3 days. Again I did not receive a call to tell me it would not be ready. I didn’t find out until I called to check on the status if the car.
