Called to order parts after receiving insurance approval. Waited 3 weeks with no call that they were in. Called back acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. Reordered. Waited some more. Called back said parts were in. Drove 20 minutes one way in 2 vehicles to be told parts were not in. Finally get car in. Had to have car back in 3 days. They said no problem! Still didn't have all parts.

I am happy with everything from the communication with the staff, the efficient work and timing, the nice facilities, the good work and to top it all off, they washed my dirty car after they replaced the bumper.
