Everything was perfect until we picked up the car. While receiving the keys for pickup, we were asked if we made arrangements to have our deductible ($1000) saved. NOBODY wants to pay a deductible. We thought it was already covered in the numbers. It was never discussed or offered. I was very upset over that question we were asked. Of course we DONT want to pay a deductible!! Very disappointed!! We are out $1000!!
